Ginger Beef Choice LTD is a custom food manufacturer specializing in frozen Asian cuisine. Its head office and federally inspected production facilities are currently based in Calgary, Alberta. The company markets, manufactures, and distributes an extensive product line of frozen ready-to-eat meals for the growing home meal replacement, frozen food, and food service sectors.

The Ginger Beef brand started off as a single restaurant in Calgary, Alberta during the 1980s. Over the last 40 plus years, Ginger Beef has continued to develop into Calgary’s leading Chinese takeout brand.

In the late 1990s, Ginger Beef envisioned bringing the Ginger Beef restaurant experience to the homes of Canadians beyond Alberta and began to develop its CFIA approved manufacturing facility in order to distribute Ginger Beef products nationally. Our mission is to provide the best price, quality, and variety to our customers who are looking to bring the Ginger Beef experience to their homes.
